[摘要]目的：旨在觀察綜合外治療法對青春期痤瘡患者生活質量的影響。方法：61例患者均來自皮膚科門診，隨機分為兩組。治療組：32例，采用綜合外治療法（綜合火針、粉刺挑治、紅藍光及中藥石膏硬膜）；對照組：29例，服用中草藥清熱消痤湯，采用Martin等研製的患者特異性生活質量量表（Qol-Acne）作為評定標準。結果：在自我感知、情感功能和社會功能方麵，兩組治療前後多項評分差值相比，經統計學分析有顯著性差異（P

Abstract： Objective To observe the effect of quality of life of adolescent acne patients with comprehensive external treatment. 痤瘡是發生於毛囊皮脂腺的慢性炎症性疾病，具有一定的損容性，各年齡段人群均可患病，但以青少年發病率為高[1]。臨床症狀以白頭、黑頭、炎性丘疹、結節及囊腫為主。該病呈慢性過程，重度痤瘡消退後可遺留色素沉著及瘢痕，嚴重影響青少年的容貌美及身心健康，從而影響患者的生活質量，並進一步影響及加重病情。研究顯示[2]，痤瘡對男女大學生患者生活質量的影響程度與其所患痤瘡的嚴重程度有關，主要表現為焦慮、易怒和不自信，正常生活受到影響[3]。近年來，筆者科室應用綜合外治療法治療61例青春期痤瘡患者，取得了很好療效，本文重在觀察該療法對患者生活質量的影響。
