The last two days for me were the most exciting days during the spring break．I made a new friend and had a great time playing with her which could be a really wonderful ending for the day offs．
On Thursday morning，I went to the library with mom to return our books．We actually borrowed them only two days ago and haven’t truly finished them．Anyway，this time we came up with some new ones．Torrowed a book about a Chinese girl，written by a woman from HongKong．In the book，she recalled her painful and tragic childhood be-cause of the difficult situation in her family as well as the rejection from her stepmother．I was interested in this book not only because it seemed so affectionate but also because I found Chinese words and expressions in it which made it cordial and similar to me．We borrowed by ourselves on automatic machine by means of self-help instead of checking out at the counter．It was our first time to try that and it was fun．
Unfortunately，we missed the last cam bus．The next bus would be here at least half an hour later．We then went to the mall near the city library．When I found some cards in the market to be fascinating，I de-cided to choose 3 for my friends in China．It was not until that momentdid I notice that cards made merely of paper here were much more ex-pensive than some candies，dolls and even T-shirts on sale．
