腦波測試完成後，解密外星無線電密碼的工作第一時間啟動，龍申濤這次似乎信心十足。
經過他的整理，通過“巨目”收集的可能外星無線電波共15次，而且是以毫秒為單位生成不同時刻的波形圖，這樣就形成了數千張波形圖，關鍵是從醫院帶回的波形圖就更多了，加上與波形圖相匹配的雙語對應表，已經達到數萬張。
由於六七年代計算機還沒有普及，這些成千上萬張波形圖，隻能由人工進行比對解析，這是一項耗時耗力的艱巨任務。萬光榮集中全站力量打攻堅戰，曆時半年時間才把波形圖解析出來。大家沒想到的是，這麼多信息資料，解析整理出來就是3頁紙，而且全是英文。具體內容分別是：
