The Charger and the Miller(1 / 1)

A Charger, feeliies of age,was sent to work in a mill instead of going out to battle. But elled to grind instead in the wars,he bewailed his ge of fortune ao mind his former state, saying,“Ah! Miller,I had io go g before, but I was barbed from ter to tail, and a ma along to groom me; and now I derstand what ailed me to prefer the mill before the battle.”“Forbear,” said the Miller t on what was of yore, for it is the ortals to sustain the ups and downs of fortune.”

Fortus ups and downs.
