Classification of Agents
Agents are generally classified in terms of the extent of the business to be transacted by them as follows：
General Agents—are authorized by the principal to transabsp;all of the affairs in e with a particular kind of business or trade or to transabsp;all of the pany’s busihe agents are generally employees of the pany.
Special Agents—are authorized by the principal to transabsp;a definite business affair or to do a specifibsp;act，the agents are generally third parties hired by the pany under an agreement.
An agenbsp;relationship is legally created as follows：
