4.fidential Information
4.1 From time to time prior to and during the term of this MOU either Party（“disclosing Party”）has disclod or may disbsp;to the other Party（“receiving Party”）business，marketing，teical，stifibsp;or other information which，at the time of disclosure，is designated as fidential（or like designation），is disclod in circumstanbsp;of fidence，or would be uood by the Parties，exerg reasonable business judgment，to be fidential（“fidential Information”）.The receiving Party shall，during the term of this MOU and for _____ years thereafter：

b.____ not to u fidential Information for any purpo other than tho specifically t out in this MOU；and

4.2 The provisions of Article___.1 above shall not apply to information that：
