似乎自私和權利有著些關係。當一個國家民主進程過了頭，權利就比較容易擴大，同時個人的權利也會擴大，個人就越發地體現明顯。於是自私就走到了前頭，所以社會的民主進程並不是一味的擴大為好。畢竟民主是為了社會的發展，而個人的利益就是其次的。不過即使在民主進程很好的國家，比如英國就很有社會公德心，自私到哪兒去了？我想這個就和鎖向環的道理一樣，不斷的民主讓個人的意誌不斷的震蕩，圍繞著一個基準的線上下跳動，而且幅度越來越大，當大到了一定程度，就會由於某中原因快速的被社會所認可，這個過程叫快捕。於是一個普遍被大家接受的有社會公德心的社會被肯定，也就是說中國在民主進程中必須要經過這麼一個社會道德的動蕩時期。
