克隆術的實施過程如下：
1)從一位女性捐獻者(A女士)身上取一個細胞
2)從另一位婦女(B女士)身上取一枚未受精的卵子
3)將細胞中的DNA移入卵子
4)把卵子移入一位代理母親的子宮內
5)所生下的嬰兒在基因上與A女士完全相同(即A女 士的克隆人)

The enthusiasts，including scientists and intellectuals，believe that such biotechnology1 is a critical achievement in breaking through hereditary engineering2.Opponents argue that cloning animals will unavoidably lead to the action of cloning human beings.
However，cloning biotechnology，like anything else，has both advantages and disadvantages.The advantages are three aspects.
First，using the process，people can clone organs for use in organ transplants.This will be a great breakthrough in medical science and millions of people's lives may be saved because of the implementation of this technology.
Second，cloning can provide a superior species of poultry.
Third，rare and endangered animals can be saved by cloning.
Nevertheless，if a few mad scientists ambitiously clone humans some time in a secret way，the world we live in will face ethical and moral crisis3.The abuse of such biotechnology may cause negative influences in terms of the ecological environment and may endanger mankind’s survival and perspective.
Human beings are the most advanced and unique creatures in the natural world.We are different from all other species.Legislation should be taken into consideration to ban cloning mankind.
