每個學生應彙集個人文學研究和生活經驗之所得，撰寫一篇論文（中文或英文均可）。
Each student should write a thesis setting forth his or her own conclusions and findings in literary studyand life experience (either in Chinese or English).
或：翻譯一篇老師提供的名著摘錄（漢譯英或英譯漢均可）。
Or： Translate an excerpt from classics presented by the teacher(either from Chinese into English or viceversa).
