3.Initiated“operation trainee”program in 1vocational school to fulfill vast low skill set positions recruitment requirement。

4.Carried out“Bring a Friend”program to absorb qualified candidates for competitive departments,say,call centre。

Set up comprehensive test materials to cater for various positions'selection。

Maintained good relationship with government departments -

1.Introduced“Guangdong Province Occupational Service Agency”to handle all employees'occupational formality,eliminated HR department administration workload。

2.Proactively worked with“Guangdong Disabled Persons'Federation”to sponsor disabled athletes。Not only help the Company to complete the social responsibility,but also help to release the pressure on the disabled staff。

Constructed communication culture between HR and operations in the Company -

Started to walk out from HR department and organized series“Talk to New Hires”,“Talk to HR”sessions for different-level staffs to collect feedbacks/comments,tailor made relevant“We Care”activities,including medical talk/check,sports day,charity walk,etc,to solve identified problems and encourage staff morale。
