作者:John Keats

A thing of beauty is a joy for ever:

Its loveliness increases; It will never

Pass into nothingness; but still will keep

A bower【遮陰處】 quiet for us, and a sleep

Full of sweet dreams, and health, and quiet breathing.

A flowery band to bind us to the earth,

Spite of despondence【沮喪】, of the inhuman dearth【缺乏】

Of noble natures, of the gloomy days,

Of all the unhealthy and o'er【即over】 -darkn'd ways

Made for our searching: yes, in spite of all,

Some shape of beauty moves away the pall【

From our dark spirits. Such the sun, the moon,

Trees old and young, sprouting【萌發】 a shady boon【恩惠】

For simple sheep; and such are daffodils【

With the green world they live in; and clear rills【

That for themselves a cooling covert【遮蔽處】 make

'Gainst the hot season; the mid-forest brake,

Rich with a sprinkling of fair musk-rose blooms:

And such too is the grandeur【偉大】 of the dooms

We have imagined for the mighty dead;

All lovely takes that we have heard or read:

An endless fountain of immortal【不朽的】 drink,

Pouring unto us from the heaven's brink【

它越來越可愛,永遠不會消失;

為純樸的羊群長出遮蔭的涼棚;

像旱地黃水仙和它們生活的綠色世界;

想象出來的崇高的評判;
