纈沙坦聯合苯磺酸氨氯地平治療32例老年高血壓療效觀察

[摘要]目的評價纈沙坦聯合苯磺酸氨氯地平治療老年高血壓療效療效。方法選取2014年1月～2015年1月我院收治的老年高血壓患者（≥60歲）64例作為研究對象，兩組患者治療期間均不再使用其他影響血壓的藥物，對照組給予苯磺酸氨氯地平5～10mg口服，每天1次；觀察組聯合纈沙坦80mg口服，每天1次；連用12周，4周為1個療程，每個療程前後分別監測血壓的變化情況。結果觀察組患者治療後總有效率為90.6%，對照組治療後總有效率為71.9%，兩組療效比較，差異具有統計學意義（P
