[摘要] 目的 研究死後家兔玻璃體液鐵、磷濃度變化與死亡時間的關係,尋找一種精確推斷PMI的方法。方法 應用全自動生化分析儀檢測樣本中鐵、磷含量,對所得數據進行統計學處理。結果 家兔死後54h內眼玻璃體鐵、磷元素與PMI顯著相關,其單元回歸方程分別為y=14.48-0.244x(x=PMI,y=Fe,r=-0.993)、y=-4.573+0.366x(x=PMI,y=Fe,r=0.965)、y=0.137+0.041x(x=PMI,y=P,r=0.975)。結論 在54h內玻璃體液鐵、磷含量變化可作為推斷PMI的參考指標。

Correlation between Postmortem Interval and Levels of Iron and Phosphorus in Rabbit Vitreous Humor:An Experimental Study

[Abstract] ObjectiveTo investigate the correlation between postmortem interval(PMI)and the concentration of iron(Fe)and phosphorus(P)in vitreous humor in rabbits after death in an effort to seek a exact method of estimating PMI. MethodsThe levels of iron(Fe)and phosphorus(P)in the vitreous humor were measured by automatic biochemistry analyzer. ResultsThe iron(Fe)and phosphorus(P)levels in rabbit vitreous humor within 54h after death were related to PMI significantly. The formulate of the relationship between PMI and iron(Fe)level was y=14.48-0.244x(x=PMI,y=Fe,r=-0.993)and y=-4.573+0.366x(x=PMI,y=Fe,r=0.965)and the formulate of the relationship between PMI and phosphorus(P)level was y=0.137+0.041x(x=PMI,y=P,r=0.975). ConclusionThe levels of iron(Fe)and phosphorus(P)in rabbit vitreous humor within 54h may serve as a reference index for the estimation of PMI.
