[摘要] 目的 觀察倍他樂克聯合輔酶Q10治療擴張型心肌病的臨床療效及安全性。方法 對66例擴張型心肌病患者隨機分為兩組，在限製體力活動低鹽飲食、應用洋地黃利尿劑及ACEI製劑的基礎上，實驗組加用倍他樂克和輔酶Q10治療。組間分別進行療效觀察。結果 治療3個月後實驗組QT離散度、LVEF、SBP、DBP、HR及心功能分級與對照組比較均有顯著性差異，未見特殊嚴重不良反應。結論 倍他樂克聯合輔酶Q10治療擴張型心肌病可顯著改善患者心功能和預後，降低猝死率，臨床療效可靠、安全。

Betaloc Combined with Coenzyme Q10 in the Treatment of Dilated Cardiomyopathy：A Clinical Analysis

[Abstract] ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy and safety ofbetaloc combined with coenzyme Q10 for dilated cardiomyopathy. MethodsWe divided 66 cases of dilated cardiomyopathy randomly into two groups. Both groups were given limit physical activity，a low-salt diet，a small dose of digitalis diuretics and ACEI preparation，and betaloc and coenzyme Q10 were added to the treatment group. Comparison was made of curative effect between the two groups separately. Results3 months after treatment，the QT dispersion，LVEF，SBP，DBP，HR and cardiac functional class in the treatment group were significantly different compared with the control group，with no specific serious adverse reactions. ConclusionCombination of betaloc and coenzyme Q10 in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy can significantly improve cardiac function and prognosis and reduce the sudden death rate，with reliable clinical efficacy and safety.
