淺談PETS2口語測試對高中英語口語教學的啟發性應用

摘 要：當前我國社會發展和經濟建設對公民的外語素質提出了更高的要求。高中階段的外語教育是培養公民外語素質的重要過程，它既要滿足學生心智和情感態度的發展需求以及高中畢業生就業、升學和未來生存發展的需要，同時還要滿足國家的經濟建設和科技發展對人才培養的需求1。在高中英語口語教學方麵，本文結合以其科學性、公正性、通用性和開放性而越來越得到社會的認可的全國公共英語等級考試（PETS）口語測試，探析PETS口語測試特點，論述PETS2口語測試對高中英語口語教學的啟發，並列舉了PET2S口語測試對高職英語口語教學的啟發性應用。

Abstract：Currently， the mastery of citizens’ foreign language has been undergoing higher requirements with the development of society and economic construction.Foreign language teaching in the high school stage is an important process to train the foreign language quality of citizens， one of which is to meet the needs of the development of students' mental and emotional attitude and high school graduates employment， university admission and future survival and development， and also to meet the need of national economic construction and the development of science and technology of talent cultivation.This essay focuses on the spoken English training in senior High Schools，combining with the speaking test in Public English test system （PETS）， which has been scientific， impartial， universal， and open and yet recognized more and more by the society. This essay aims to analyze the features of speaking test in PETS2， discuss the enlightenment of PETS on spoken English training in Senior High Schools， and what’s more， the practical applications of PETS2speaking test on the English speaking teaching in Senior High Schools.

引言：當前我國社會發展和經濟建設對公民的外語素質提出了更高的要求。高中階段的外語教育是培養公民外語素質的重要過程，它既要滿足學生心智和情感態度的發展需求以及高中畢業生就業、升學和未來生存發展的需要，同時還要滿足國家的經濟建設和科技發展對人才培養的需求。其中，《普通高中英語課程標準（實驗單色本）》對高中英語口語有以下要求：1. 能在日常交際中對一般的詢問和要求做出恰當的反應； 2.能根據熟悉的話題，稍做準備後，有條理地做簡短的發言； 3.能就一般性話題進行討論； 4.能根據話題要求與人交流、合作，共同完成任務； 5.能用恰當的語調、節奏表達意圖和自己的情感； 6.能在交際中產生的誤會加以澄清或解釋[2]。
在眾多的英語口語測試中，以測試英語語言運用能力為目的的全國公共英語等級考試（Public English Test System，簡稱PETS），由於它的科學性、公正性、通用性和開放性而越來越得到社會的認可（肖德法向平，2008）。其中，PETS2口語測試的形式、內容、目的和結構折射出當前社會對英語口語表達能力的要求，其內容的真實性，過程中的互動性和量分的綜合性的特點反映了真是交際語境下對英語口語教學的要求。[1]本文就PETS2口語測試特點，結合其與高職英語口語的相關性，列舉了PETS口語測試對高職英語口語教學的實踐性應用。
