作者:by Scott Gilbeart

As a kid growing up, I remember almost every wise adult in my life passing on the same sage[賢明的] advice, “Scott, you should always finish what you start.” Frankly, I hated that advice—so I quit listening to it.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m really good at consistency[連貫性] and completing projects, but I’ve also figured out that I tend to learn most of what I really need to know, to actually decide if I really want to do something, after I begin down my path—which can be really frustrating[令人沮喪的].

Thankfully, these days, using a little wisdom and experience, I usually know what I want, but every now and then, I find myself heading in a direction I never intended[打算]—so I simply quit.

And I do it fast.

If you find yourself not traveling in the direction you desire—be brave and change it now.
