5.Bidders should ensure that teibsp;and financial proposals are aled in two parate envelopes and both envelopes are enclod in one big envelope（both the Teibsp;and the Financial Proposal in parate aled envelopes）and the big envelope should be aled addresd to the Afribsp;Development Bank Reprentation，tender delivery address given above.
6.Eabsp;bidder will submit their proposals in ONE inal copy and FOUR duplicate copies：the inal proposal must carry the mention “IONAL” and eabsp;of the four copies the mention “COPY”.The teibsp;proposal（one inal 4 copies）and the financial proposal（one inal 4 copies）will eabsp;be plabsp;in two parate aled envelopes（the “internal envelopes”）.
The following mention should appear on eabsp;internal envelope：
a）the purpo of the Prent bid；
b）the mention “Teibsp;Proposal” or “Financial Proposal” as the bsp;may be；
c）the name and address of the bidder.
The two internal envelopes should be plabsp;together in a large single aled envelope called “external envelope”，whibsp;must be anonymous and，carry only the following label whibsp;should be photocopied and plabsp;on the external envelope：

The Opening shall be on the same date at 15.30 hrs bid shall be opened publicly.
7.It is the sole responsibility of the bidders to ensure that the aled envelope taining the proposal reaches the above address before the time and date indicated in Artibsp;4 above.When delivered by hand，the proposals must be delivered at the above delivery address during the South Sudan gover w hours from 08h00 to 12h00 and from 14h00 to 16h00，Monday through Wednesday except for holidays obrved by the South Sudan gover.Delivery to any other offibsp;of the Afribsp;Development Bank will be at the risk of the bidder and will not stitute any delivery to this bid.
