1）求職者受教育情況
包括與招聘職務密切相關的學科、文憑、學位，職稱以及其他相關的內容。如：
University graduate degree in Agrnomy（農業經濟專業大學本科畢業）
Postgraduate in education administration（教育管理學研究生）
Master Degree of Mechanical Engineering（機械工程碩士）
Computer Science Degree from an accredited university（在名牌大學獲計算機專業學位）
University degree in finance， accounting or equivalent， preferably MBA.（財務會計專業本科畢業或同等學曆者，工商管理碩士優先。）
For a Senior Lecturer appointment we would prefer candidates to have a PHD in Accountancy…For a Lecturer appointment we would require candidates with a higher degree in Accountancy（申請高級講師者，我們更希望求職者具有會計專業博士學位……申請講師者，應聘者必須是獲得會計專業較高學位者）
The position demands a Masters degree or professional qualification in business administration， finance， economics or related subjects（該職位要求應聘者具有商業管理、金融、經濟學或相關學科碩士學位或專業資格）
B/A with major in Accounting， a certificated public accountant is a plus（獲會計專業學士學位，有會計師資格證書者優先）
Master degree or above in food processing（獲食品加工工藝碩士或以上學位）
Cook I or above.（一級廚師或以上級別）
2）經驗閱曆
用人單位在錄用人員時，相關工作經曆和閱曆是一個非常重要的參考項目。
相關經曆通常以兩種形式出現：一是與受教育狀況合成為一個條件，如“求職者受教育情況”中的幾個例子；另外一種就是把它單獨作為一個條件，如上麵所示各例。
閱曆主要指與招聘職務相關專業外的工作經曆。請看下麵各例：
Have at least/Minimum 5 years in international trade， preferably with over 2 years management experience（從事至少 5年國際貿易，有2 年以上的管理經驗更好。）
Overseas experience would be an advantage（有海外工作經曆者優先）
Familiar with brewing or power market in China（熟悉中國的飲料、電力市場）
Min 1 year experience preferably in foreign co.（至少有1 年經驗特別是在外資企業的經驗）
Practical & concrete experience gained in developing product line and marketing is essential（必須有開發生產線和促銷的具體實踐經驗）
Good understanding of digital technology trend and applications（對數字技術的發展趨勢及運用比較了解）
Strong understanding of business process and project management skills（了解商業流程、有項目管理能力）
Strong knowledge in Photographic/Electronic Imaging System（熟悉攝影/電子成像係統）
Naval military experience would be an advantage（有航海軍旅經曆者優先）
3）特殊能力
由於當今企業的競爭都是處於信息時代的世界範圍的競爭，因此作為信息交流與處理的兩大工具——語言和電腦就顯得非常重要。懂外語解決交流障礙，做生意也就要方便得多，也縮小人與人之間的地域差異；懂電腦，特別是電腦網絡，加快了信息傳遞和處理速度，對於及時捕捉市場信息和加深相互間的了解，開展遠距離合作，都有十分重要的作用。因此，相當多的用人單位都要求應聘者較好掌握這兩種能力，也把這兩種能力作為錄用的優先條件。請看下例：
