消旋卡多曲聯合培菲康治療嬰幼兒秋季腹瀉的療效觀察

[摘要] 目的 探討消旋卡多曲聯合培菲康治療嬰幼兒秋季腹瀉的臨床療效。 方法 80例腹瀉患兒均為我院2013年1月～2014年1月間收治的患兒，根據治療方法不同分為觀察組及對照組，每組各40例，兩組均予以補液、糾酸、調節電解質紊亂、抗病毒、微生態調節等基礎治療，觀察組予消旋卡多曲顆粒口服，≤9個月每次10 mg，每天3次，>9個月每次20 mg，每天3次；培菲康膠囊口服1歲以下，每次1粒，每天2次。1～3歲，每次1粒，每天3次。重症可加倍，將膠囊內藥粉用溫開水或溫牛奶衝服。對照組同時予培菲康膠囊口服1歲以下，每次1粒，每天2次。1～3歲，每次1粒，每天3次。療程共連用7 d。治療後觀察兩組的臨床療效、患兒的退熱時間、腹瀉及嘔吐停止時間。 結果 觀察組的總有效率為97.5%，對照組的總有效率75.0%，兩組療效比較差異有統計學意義（P

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of racemic card multi curve combined with bifico in treating of infantile autumn diarrhea. Methods A total of 80 cases of diarrhea children were admitted to our hospital from 2013 January to January 2014， according to the different treatment methods were divided into observation group and control group， 40 cases in each group， The two groups were given rehydration， correcting acid， regulating electrolyte disorder， antiviral， micro ecological regulating and other basic treatment， the observation group were given racecadotril granules oral， less than 9 months 10 mg each time， 3 times a day， for more than 9 months， 20 mg each time， 3 times a day； Bifico capsule under the age of 1， every time 1 tablet， 2 times a day. 1 to 3 years old， 1 tablets each time， 3 times a day. Severe may be doubled， the capsule in the powder with warm boiling water or warm milk powder.
