AF椎弓根螺釘內固定係統用於腰椎段脊柱骨折臨床效果

[摘要] 目的 探討AF椎弓根螺釘內固定係統在腰椎段脊柱骨折患者臨床治療中的應用效果。 方法 選取2010年7月～2013年12月期間我院所收治的腰椎段脊柱骨折患者72例。所有患者均采用AF椎弓根螺釘內固定術進行治療。比較分析患者治療前後功能活動評分、腰痛程度評分以及X線影像相關指標的變化情況。 結果 與治療前相比，經AF椎弓根螺釘內固定係統治療後，腰椎段脊柱骨折患者Christian評分明顯提高，可達（6.78±1.59）分，Denis 骨折分型A型比率明顯下降，僅為12.50%，E型比率明顯提高，可達16.67%，X線Cobb’s角、椎體前緣高度差異、椎體後緣高度差異均明顯改善，分別為（7.28±1.96）°、（89.68±10.27）%和（92.19±8.45）%，差異均具有統計學意義（P

[Abstract] Objective To probe into applications effect of AF pedicle screw fixation systems in treatment for patients with lumbar spine fractures. Methods From July 2010 to December 2013， 72 lumbar spine fractures patients were selected in our hospital. The patients were treated with AF pedicle screw fixation. The scores of functional activity and back pain severity， X-ray-related indicators of the patients before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.
