麵向複合型人才培養的材料類專業實踐教學創新模式的探討

摘 要 以培養複合型應用人才為目標，努力創建材料類專業的創新實踐模式，構建起“一個貫穿、兩種模式、三個載體、四個模塊”的實踐教學體係。通過對專業實踐教學平台與校內仿真實訓基地的角色的整合，以及校外實習基地的建設，完善和強化實踐教學環節，培養學生的工程素質和創新能力。

Discussion on Materials Professional Practice Teaching Innovation

Abstract Aimed at cultivating compound and practical talents， materials professional practice teaching innovation model was created and the practice teaching system which contained one penetration， two patterns， three carriers， four modules was built in this thesis. Through the integration of professional practice teaching platform and simulation practice base on campus and establishment of practice base，the practice teaching link was improved and strengthened， moreover， the students’ engineering quality and innovation were cultivated.

1 前言
隨著材料科學的迅猛發展，新材料、新技術、新工藝不斷湧現，與此相適應，社會發展越來越需要大量的高層次、高技能、複合型、創新型人才。複合型人才突出實踐性和應用性，不僅在專業技能方麵有突出的經驗，還具備較高的相關技能，是最富創新精神、最具科學創造力的人才 [1-2]。
高等學校作為培養高質量人才的搖籃，新的形勢已對人才培養目標、培養模式等提出新的挑戰。實踐教學是高等教育教學工作的一個關鍵教學環節，是培養學生實踐能力、強化專業素質、提高創新意識的主要途徑[3-4]。因此，進行實踐教學改革，探討材料類專業實踐教學創新模式是需要解決的主要任務之一。
