摘要 當前高職旅遊英語專業對於學生導遊講解能力的培養,大多以教材內容為主,即以景區講解訓練為主,途中講解的訓練普遍被忽視,使其成為教學中的盲點。從工作實際出發,分析途中講解的重要性、類別和工作特點,並闡述途中講解能力培養的教學要點。

On Blank in Teaching of Tourism English in Vocational Colleges: Explanation During Trip//Yu Yan, Liu Xiaobing

Abstract At present the training of students’ guide abilities of tourism English in vocational colleges is mainly based on the contents of teaching materials, which is mainly about the explanation of scenery areas. The explanation during the trip is generally neglected, which becomes a blank in the teaching. Based on the actual situation of the work, this paper analyzes the importance, sorts and features of the explanation thereof, and illustrates the main points in the teaching.

一名合格的涉外英語導遊,應具備良好的口語表達能力,以便把我國大好河山介紹給境外遊客,增加世界人民對中國曆史文化、名勝古跡的了解。因此,傳統高職旅遊英語教學普遍重視景點的介紹,就是主要針對某一景區的景物、建築、典故等進行講解,內容固定,比較機械化、公式化。

然而,除了景區講解以外,途中講解在導遊實際工作中也是非常重要的。通常的導遊工作流程是:接站——去風景區途中——風景區——去酒店途中——酒店就餐——去風景區途中——風景區——去購物途中——購物——送站途中——送站。可以看出,除了景區講解外,途中講解占有重要位置。遺憾的是,途中講解的訓練普遍被忽視,成為教學中的盲點,使得學生上崗後,除了可以麵對景點背誦導遊詞之外,在途中麵對客人時,即使是兩三個客人,也不敢開口說話,很長時間不能真正適崗。
