20.黃中通理，正位居體。——出自《坤·文言》
今譯：每個人應該心存美德而通達事理，忠於職守而遵守禮法。
衍言：天地相因，上下相依，乃自然界和諧的基礎。
《周易》小詞典：“黃中通理”是針對坤卦六五爻而言，坤象為土，土色黃，黃在五色（東青、西白、南紅、北黑）居中，五又居上卦之中位，故曰黃中。坤為理，由中發外，故曰通理。五為正陽位，坤象亦為體。故坤六五爻即正位居體。
The superior man is possessed of comprehension and discrimination, occupying the correct position.——- from The Record of Wen Yan, Kun
Modern interpretation: Everybody should be virtuous at heart, reasonable about everything, faithful to his post, and ready to observe the rules of etiquette.
Moral: It is the foundation of natural harmony to have heaven and earth in good
communication and the high and low in mutual dependence.
Glossary: The first part of this quotation is the idea of the fifth line, divided, where Kun is the symbol of the earth, the yellow color of which is in the center among the five colors with green in the east, white in the west, red in the south and black in the north, hence, yellow in the center. Also, Kun signifies comprehension and discrimination, which radiates from the central place and develops into a total possession of reasoning. Five is a figure in the positive position, hence, occupying the correct position.
