We should like to invite your attention to the defective goods shipped by the MbrS “Moonlight”on 20th September，2014.
Upon opening the packages，we found that the quality was mubsp;inferior to the sample on whibsp;we approved the order No.071.Moreover the length of some piebsp;is short by approximately 6 meters.
After examining the enclod cutting samples we nt as evidenbsp;from the Lloyd’s Survey Report，we are sure you will agree to the inferiority of the goods.
