我信任她，盡管我知她在撒謊；

不懂世上種種騙人的勾當。
於是我就憑空想象她認為我年輕，
盡管她也知道我的韶華盛年已過了，
而她油嘴滑舌的假言虛情卻讓我輕信：

可為何她硬是不願說她並不忠貞？
為何我也不敢承認我已年紀不小？
