Previously, the Chinese literary creation system was mainly integrated by the Chinese Writers Association (CWA). Nowadays, with the development of the general industrialization of culture and even being recognized as the next pillar industry, the systematic construction of creative writing discipline in colleges and universities, in order to cultivate the creative writing talents urgently needed by the cultural industry, can provide a new supporting system for the promotion of Chinese cultural creativity. Chinese colleges and universities should change the outdated concepts and self-positioning, reform the Chinese education system, introduce and learn the western advanced creative writing discipline mechanism, and develop from the specialized knowledge teaching and historical research education to the creative and research education. The cultivation of literary creative writing talents in the future should be undertaken mainly by colleges and universities, the natural hotbed of talents. The department of Creative Writing or the creative writing program in the departemt of Chinese can provide support for the creation and incubation of works and become the \\\"engine\\\" of China\\u0027s cultural and creative industry, which goes hand in hand with the system of CWA.
