The creation of creative writing in Chinese colleges and universities, and the future emergence of \\\"creative writing discipline\\\", \\\"Creative writing Department\\\", \\\"Creative Writing Major of Chinese Department\\\" can undertake the task of exploring new education system and new teaching mode for Chinese literary creative writing. Previously, the Chinese literary creation system was mainly integrated by the Chinese Writers Association (CWA). Although some universities have offered \\\"writing classes\\\" (such as the Chinese department of Nanjing University), 3 most (such as the Chinese department of Peking University) have declared that \\\"Chinese departments do not train writers\\\". Moreover, there is no basic discipline in Chinese colleges and universities that is specialized in the \\\"creation\\\" of humanities and arts in line with the cultural and creative industry to train the practitioners of the cultural and creative industry. Nowadays, with the development of the general industrialization of culture and even being recognized as the next pillar industry, the systematic construction of creative writing discipline in colleges and universities, in order to cultivate the creative writing talents urgently needed by the cultural industry, can provide a new supporting system for the promotion of Chinese cultural creativity. Chinese colleges and universities should change the outdated concepts and self-positioning, reform the Chinese education system, introduce and learn the western advanced creative writing discipline mechanism, and develop from the specialized knowledge teaching and historical research education to the creative and research education. The cultivation of literary creative writing talents in the future should be undertaken mainly by colleges and universities, the natural hotbed of talents. The department of Creative Writing or the creative writing program in the departemt of Chinese can provide support for the creation and incubation of works and become the \\\"engine\\\" of China\\u0027s cultural and creative industry, which goes hand in hand with the system of CWA. The CWA may be more inclined to copyright protection, copyright trading services, etc. to perform functions similar to those of a writing union.

2. Objectives and difficulties in establishing the Chinese \\\"creative Writing education system\\\"

In our opinion, the construction of Chinese creative writing education and teaching system needs to establish the following goals: To study the creative writing activities and the law of creative writing education and teaching, and to create a Chinese creative writing discipline; 2. To study and construct a creative writing teaching system with the cultural industry as the guide. 3. Different from traditional writing, exploring creative writing teaching concept and \\\"workshop system\\\" teaching method with potential stimulation, creative research, and skill development as the core; 4. To establish the creative writing teaching system of Chinese department in colleges and universities, and to construct the main course innovation; 5. To explore the possibility of establishing the creative writing major of Chinese Department (or creative Writing department), and explore its training objectives, ways, methods, evaluation system, and standards; 6. Explore the possibility of setting up an MFA(Master of Arts) program in creative writing, and explore its training objectives, methods, methods, evaluation systems, and standards.

On these goals, the establishment of China\\u0027s creative writing discipline is not a general sense of education reform, but a comprehensive innovation to the concept of traditional Chinese teaching in colleges and universities, the training objectives and training methods of this novel discipline should be different from the traditional disciplines under the umbrella of the Chinese Language and Literature. In this discipline, knowledge teaching should be transformed into skill training, reading appreciation into creative writing, and passive learning into potential stimulation. In practice, we can introduce such advanced teaching concepts as potential stimulation and skill development, and introduce the teaching mechanism of creative writing workshop, etc. All of these require us to have a full understanding of the revolutionary construction of creative writing teaching system. Only by realizing this, can we truly see the necessity and difficulty of innovation and have a full understanding of the difficulties and obstacles in the future.

\\\"Reforming the traditional Chinese teaching system\\\" is easier said than done. The construction of creative writing discipline and the construction of creative writing education system in the Department of Chinese is different from the creation and reform of general disciplines. However, if colleges and universities want to cultivate literary creative writing talents, or even set up creative writing workshops (departments), just as in the United States, which directly provide creative writing and incubation support, colleges and universities must carry out Chinese education and teaching reform. This understanding should be raised to the height of belief. It is crucial for the development of Chinese culture and cultural industry to let the creative writing mechanism play its role through creative writing education in colleges and universities. If the above understanding is correct, Chinese language education in colleges and universities will face a huge reform, which may not be based on human will. Perhaps in the near future, there will be a large number of creative writing majors, creative writing departments, and the country will also give space to the higher education system for creative writing professional master\\u0027s education.

So let\\u0027s go through some of the issues that we have to deal with here, some of them are conceptual, some of them are theoretical, some of them are practical, some of them are external to the discipline, some of them are internal, and so on. However, the establishment of the discipline and the construction of the teaching and research system should not be ignored: How to solve the problem that the \\\"industrialization\\\" of China\\u0027s cultural and creative industry (such as the requirements of Shanghai\\u0027s \\\"12th Five-Year plan\\\" for the development of cultural industry) lacks the teaching support of corresponding major in universities; How to reform the current teaching mode of Chinese education in Chinese colleges and universities, which \\\"does not train writers\\\" and \\\"does not have writing discipline\\\" and cannot meet the needs of the development of the current cultural industry ; How to construct the Chinese creative writing education and teaching system, and how to draw on the advanced experience of creative writing teaching system in colleges and universities in the United States and other countries with the leading cultural and creative industries; How does the teaching concept of traditional Chinese writing study centered on the collection of text transform to the modern creative writing study with the core concept of \\\"potential 5 stimulation\\\", \\\"creative psychological breakthrough\\\" and \\\"skill development\\\" and the teaching mechanism of \\\"workshop system\\\";And the research on the teaching law of creative writing education and the establishment of creative writing teaching system in China, so on. All those topics needs to be studied.

1. Establishment of The Discipline of Creative Writing in China and construction of the basic theory of the discipline -- Chinese colleges and universities should be not only the engine of scientific and technological innovation, but also the engine of cultural innovation. Therefore, Chinese colleges and universities should carry out creative writing teaching in an allround way;

2. Research and reference on the history and basic experience of overseas creative writing discipline;

3. Inspire writing potential and make breakthroughs in thinking: comprehensively innovate Chinese teaching concepts, change knowledge teaching to skill training, change reading appreciation to creative writing, and change passive learning to inspire potential (theory and practice);

4. Development training of fiction and non-fiction writing skills (theory and practice);

5. Organization and management of creative activities and creative industry (theory and practice);

6. Theoretical research and teaching practice of media writing, biography writing and novel writing, etc.

7. Reform and development of traditional practical writing\/official document writing.

3. Possibility of creative Writing discipline construction: International and domestic situation

Creative Writing was born at the University of Iowa in the late 1920s. Since then, it has been established and promoted as a new discipline in American and Western universities. At present, in developed countries in Europe and The United States, creative writing has been a major discipline with a history of more than 80 years, including nearly 20 subclasses, with undergraduate, master and doctoral training programs. The birth and development of the discipline of creative writing changed the postwar pattern of literature development in Europe and America, as well as the ideological system of literature education and teaching in Europe and America, and laid a disciplinary foundation for the prosperity and development of the cultural and creative industry in Europe and America.

From the American experience, we can see that the development of creative writing has not only played a key role in a series of major social issues, but also promoted American universities to change their functions and image, and helped The United States to conquer the world through cultural industry and realize its dream of being a cultural power. At the beginning of the cold war, the United States cultural industry almost on the same starting line, and at the end of the cold war, the cultural creative industry in the United States accounted for about 26% of GDP, after half a century of the cold war. After half a century of the cold war, the cultural and creative industry of the United States has developed into the pillar industry with the first proportion. Meanwhile, the United States has also become the world\\u0027s largest exporter of the cultural industry, with its export proportion exceeding that of the military industry and general manufacturing industry. The strength of the United States is based on the development of culture and its industrialization. Compared with the United States, China\\u0027s cultural and creative industries now account for about only 5 percent of GDP, which is far behind the United States (but we still have at least four times as much space). In the future competition between China and the United States, we must not repeat the Soviet Union\\u0027s failure to focus only on military and industrial development. We must recognize that the future contest between China and the United States is a contest between the cultural and creative industries. Whoever takes the lead in culture can truly influence the world in terms of \\\"concept\\\" and build a strong cultural country. Only in this way can they win the competition and become a realworld power.

There used to be such educational and teaching mechanisms as literature workshops and writers\\u0027 training courses in domestic universities, but they have basically disappeared. There are also training institutions for literary writers such as Lu Xun Academy of Literature in China, but there is no modern creative writing discipline and teaching system with cultural and creative industry as the guide. At present, the discipline of creative writing in China is still in the preliminary stage, and the educational and teaching theory construction and teaching method exploration of creative writing have just begun. Fudan University, Shanghai University and a few other universities are the only ones doing some basic work. In addition, Renmin University of China, Soochow University and Wenzhou University are gradually following suit. The vast majority of colleges and universities still adhering to the traditional concept of \\\"not producing writers\\\" and \\\"writing cannot teach\\\", \\\"composition\\\" in university discipline system is marginalized and even will not be admitted to. The training mode of traditional composition, which centers on \\\"text word collection\\\", is rigid and backward with poor operability, which does not meet the development needs of the current cultural and creative industry.
