In terms of discipline construction, in the exploration of creative writing education and teaching, Renmin University of China press published China\\u0027s first set of \\\"Creative Writing Books\\\" translation series in January 2011, focusing on the translation of some famous American writers and creative writing teachers\\u0027 subject ideas and teaching cases. However, There is no relevant discipline in Renmin University of China, and the school has not tried to reform and construct the discipline,either. Fudan University began to enroll students for a master\\u0027s degree in creative writing in 2009, and has made a lot of explorations, but fudan insists on training pure literary writers. The Creative Writing Center of Shanghai University and the Creative Writing Innovation Team of the Department of Chinese Language and Literature have conducted extensive research on the basic theory of discipline and educational teaching theory, and published the Series of Creative Writing books of Shanghai University (two volumes have been published so far, a total of five volumes will be published in succession). On the basis of disciplinary research, the School of Liberal Arts of Shanghai University offers an undergraduate creative writing experimental class in 2009. the Chinese department of Shanghai university creative writing officially offered undergraduate courses In 2010, offered the creative writing camp in 2011, in the same year autumn, it provided China\\u0027s first creative writing seminar and workshop. Shanghai University has done a lot of work in creative writing undergraduate education, the transformation of applied writing into creative writing, the combination with cultural and creative industries, and the translation and introduction of overseas creative writing education and teaching materials. In rules of writing and writing education teaching research, Shanghai university Ge hong-bing\\u0027s team has a lot of novel typology research experience(includes the national project) and achievements. The team has made great achievements in the research of literary genre stipulation and writing innovation, writing resources and potential development, creative writing vision, etc. It has published a series of papers, such as “The Outline of The Construction of Creative Writing in China”, as well as the translated works and monographs. At present, the Creative Writing Discipline Group of Shanghai University has formulated a new development plan. With the strategy of \\\"applied writing reform and development, creative writing innovation and development\\\", it starts a new round of construction in undergraduate education reform and postgraduate education teaching at the same time.

4. Tasks and steps of establishing the Chinese creative Writing education and teaching system

To establish Chinese creative writing education teaching system, We should combine theoretical research with teaching practice, as well as combine the western advanced experience and system with original Chinese characteristic creative writing theory and teaching system, attach importance to the introduction and digestion of educational and teaching concepts such as \\\"potential stimulation\\\" and \\\"skill development\\\", and carry out revolutionary systematic innovation in the reform of traditional writing.

First of all, we should carry out discipline construction, and study the activity rules of creative writing itself, the teaching rules of creative writing education, and the management and operation rules of creative industry, so as to provide basic theoretical support for creative writing teaching. The creation of creative writing education and teaching system is definitely not a bookish work from theory to theory, but practical work. This requires us to pay attention to practical research. With the deepening of Chinese education reform in colleges and universities, the Ministry of Education should also open the enrollment of creative writing master students.
