三種針法治療頸椎病頸部疼痛的療效觀察

[摘要] 目的 探討三種不同針法治療頸椎病伴頸部疼痛的臨床效果。 方法 選擇我院2013年10月～2014年10月期間收治的頸椎病伴頸部疼痛患者共97例作為研究對象，並按數字表法隨機分為三組，分別采用結合頸部運動、電針、溫針進行治療，運用視覺模擬評分法（VAS）評價患者初次治療後即時和治療1個療程後的疼痛評分情況。結果 1個療程治療後，電針組、溫針組的總有效率明顯高於針刺運動組，初次治療結束後針刺結合頸部運動組的疼痛下降指數為（2.93±1.05），顯著高於電針組和溫針組的（1.05±0.21）、（1.53±0.38）；而治療1個療程後溫針組的疼痛下降指數為（4.81±1.43），顯著高於針刺運動組和電針組的（3.69±0.87）、（3.11±0.76），兩組比較均具有統計學意義（P

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of different acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis with neck pain three. Methods Selected 97 cases patients with cervical spondylosis and neck pain as the research object in my hospital from October 2013 to October 2014， and randomly divided into three groups respectively，combined with neck movement，electroacupuncture， acupuncture treatment， the use of visual analogue scale（VAS） assessment of patients after initial treatment immediately and treatment pain scores after 1 courses of treatment. Results After 1 course of treatment， the electro acupuncture group and warm acupuncture group was better than that of acupuncture and exercise group， the first after the end of treatment， acupuncture combined with neck pain index decreased as the exercise group （2.93±1.05）， significantly higher than the acupuncture group and the acupuncture group （1.05±0.21） and （1.53±0.38）； and after 1 course of treatment， the pain index decreased as the warm needling group （4.81±1.43）， significantly higher than the acupuncture plus exercise group and electroacupuncture group（3.69±0.87） and （3.11±0.76）， the differences between two groups were statistically significant（P

頸椎病是一種臨床常見的軟傷疾病之一，其主要是因頸椎間盤退變引起頸椎骨關節、軟骨及其周圍韌帶、肌肉、筋膜等損傷及其繼發性改變如關節增生、椎間隙變窄等，刺激或壓迫了神經根、脊髓、椎動脈、交感神經及其周圍組織而引起的一係列複雜綜合征[1]。該病十分常見，發病率很高，過去被視為中老年的疾病，但目前不少年輕人也飽受頸椎病之苦，其中頸部疼痛為其主要臨床表現[2]。目前臨床對該病的治療以中醫針灸治療效果最為顯著，但不同針法治療頸椎病伴頸部疼痛的效果不一。因此，本研究將對三種不同針法治療頸椎病伴頸部疼痛的臨床效果進行研究分析，現報道如下。
