4結論
中藥成分較為複雜,理化性質差異較大且結構類似的化合物較多,因此譜峰重疊現象較常見。通過係統的方法學驗證,表明本試驗所建立二維色譜分析方法,簡便快速,自動化程度高,且可同時進行桂枝茯苓膠囊中4種成分的含量測定。利用一維和二維色譜柱分離機製的差異,提高了係統的分離能力,消除了基質成分的幹擾,測定結果更加準確,對提高分析效率,控製藥物質量具有一定意義。
