12、在接聽電話時應學會適時做出一些反應,這有利於談話的順利進展。例如表達對所聽信息同意、驚訝、欣喜、疑問和表示遺憾等態度,通常隻需簡短的回應即可。如:
Yeah, right./Yes, I see./Really./No kidding./Is that so?/I’m sorry to hear that.等
13、在遇到電話未接通的情況時,一般會有語音提示原因,如:
The line is busy/engaged.
The line is temporarily out of order.
The number you have reached, 458 3818, has been temporarily disconnected.
