正文 JNK與Smad信號通路在小鼠肺纖維化中相互作用的研究及對Ⅰ型膠原表達的影響(3 / 3)

總結,本實驗證明在博萊黴素誘導的肺纖維化模型中,JNK和Smad信號通路通過增加肌成纖維細胞的形成及Ⅰ型膠原的表達致纖維化,阻斷其中任何一條信號通路,也會對另一條信號通路產生影響,抑製肺纖維化的進展。JNK及Smad途徑可以相互作用,但抑製以上途徑尚不能完全阻止肺纖維化的發展,因此肺纖維化的發病機製仍需進一步深入研究,從而為臨床肺纖維化的治療提供新思路。
