3.3 實驗結果分析
含量測定結果顯示,10批次白芷藥材中白當歸素、歐前胡素和異歐前胡素含量均具有較大差異,說明不同地域條件對白芷藥材化學成分含量有較大影響。實驗數據顯示,在10批藥材中,產自安徽亳州和河南長葛的白芷藥材中白當歸素、歐前胡素和異歐前胡素的含量較高。
2010年版《中國藥典》收載的白芷以歐前胡素的含量作為藥材質量控製指標,白當歸素和異歐前胡素不作要求,以歐前胡素的含量不得少於0.080%為限[4]。如果僅就歐前胡素的含量而言,8個批次的藥材含量均達到藥典標準,但在8批次藥材中,白當歸素和異歐前胡素的含量差異較大,作為可吸收進入血液的物質[8],直接影響著中藥的臨床療效[11],說明選擇白當歸素、歐前胡素和異歐前胡素作為白芷含測指標性成分的必要性。
本實驗首次建立了同時測定白芷中白當歸素、歐前胡素和異歐前胡素的高效液相方法,該方法準確、簡單、快速,適用於白芷藥材含量測定,能夠對藥材及其中成藥進行質量控製,對於白芷藥材資源的開發利用具有重要意義。
